Advice to a large shipping company on the evolution of maritime chokepoints in relation to climate change (January 2025)

Advice to a large pharmaceutical company on the implications of the 15th EU sanctions package against Russia, given the fact that medicines are exempt from these sanctions (December 2024 – January 2025)

Trainings
KORDENA provides trainings for managers on geopolitical events, their effects, innovation & IP, economic security, and trade & investment. This includes, for example, case studies to simulate discussions on IP or the negotiation of trade and investment agreements are developed, teaching participants in a very interactive way about both the content of IP and trade & investment and skills like negotiating and lobbying techniques. Trainings in personal skills, include those necessary for professional development and focus on presentation techniques, how to prepare for and conduct a conversation with specialists, ways of persuasion, listening, and others. Formats for the trainings vary from interactive presentations to cases (small or large), discussions, quizzes and presentations & feedback.
